So please help me.

We visited two preschools yesterday ...

Their around the same price, same days, same hours but the major differences between them is that

One is more academic structured
And one is more playful.

I think she would have more fun and get more affection from her teachers at the playful one.

But I feel as though the academic one will really pave the way for her to kindergarten... They'll just be less lovey dovey....

Which one would YOU choose for your child!!

Please I have to have a decision by today!

I would go with more play structured.I sent my dd to a preschool that was more play-based than academic based. She still learned alot and reinforced what was taught at home(colors, shapes, abc's,numbers along with simple science and reading, they performed little plays).I would never send my child who was under 5 to a place where they are required to sit and do work.Everything should be about play under 5 years old.

Play-structured.  Kids learn so much through play.

I would say more academics especially if they are 4 and going to kindergarten in a year.

Play. Your daughter has twelve years (thirteen if you count kindergarten) for academics. Let her be a kid. Plus, the more kids engage in imaginary play when young, the better problem solvers they become as adults! :)

i would say the one that is geared more towards play... children have 12 plus years of academics, let them be kids while they are kids :D

Depends on how you are at home.

When we chose I was super-academic and structured at home.

My kids needed creative outlets so we chose the play based.

So if you're overly play at home, go the opposite so she has a little of both. :)

Kids learn best through play at that age.
