My son had an accident...

On our couch! Now it smells like pee. I dried it, then put Baking soda on it there for 15 minutes and vacuumed it up... It still smells!

What should I do?

Is it a removable cushion?

If it is I'd take it off, remove the cover and wash it. Then literally soak the cushion with the hose and an enzyme based cleaner.

Vinegar may help as well , have you tried a pet accident spray yet?

What type of material? If its microfiber, make a thick paste of baking soda and water. Apply the paste to the area and rub in gently. Allow to dry, then vacuum up the baking soda. Wipe the area down with a clean cloth and plain water. Blot dry as much as possible, then allow to air dry.

YES!!!! Vinegar is going to neutralize the acid in urine. BUT!!! DO NOT use just any cleanser on it, that can actually set the smell into the cushion!

Vinegar neutralizes pee smell.  Vinegar is acid, and pee is alkaline, so you need to wash with a light vinegar solution (probably white vinegar) although my dad said just set a dish of vinegar near the area. But I think I'd dampen a cloth and try that.
