Looks like a very interesting book! We are big on science and nature here! I'd like to know what activity seems to be a favorite for young kids. :)

We spend a lot of time outside camping, fishing and playing. Do you have any tips for things to do while camping?

What can I do to encourage a 13 year old girl's interest in science? She's outgrown the kids books and projects, but the adult versions are too advanced.

Nature has a sad side.  How do you talk about the pet that died, the bug that go squashed and died, the dead bird along the road (or the dead squirrel, etc.)?

When should you start teaching your kids about science and nature? 1,2,3, or even older then that?

Also are there any benifits to back yard camping? My youngest is 1 and too young for a trip but would back yard camping benifit her?

What are some good activitys for a baby?

Are daily walks a good thing to start when they are tiny or are they too young to benifit?
