Good.  You are supposed to sleep on back or side while pregnant.

Sleeping on the back can cut blood supply to your placenta.

I've always been told that once you hit about 20 weeks, you should try to sleep on your side, with the left side being preferred. Sleeping on your back after that point can cut off blood suply to the placenta and other organs and sleeping on your tummy is just plain uncomfortable.

If you're doing it in your sleep, it's fine. It means your comfy like that and therefore not a problem.

I was just in the hospital and the blood supply can be inhibited to baby if u lay on ur back in the later second and third trimesters . My baby's heart rate would sky rocket if i was on my back and nurses would come lecture me on staying angled or all the way on one side.

I slept whichever side I was comfortable on . Clearly my tummy was a no no after a couple months I couldn't sleep on my back cause I'd get up half the night grasping for air
