I drink on average about 4-7 16oz glasses of water per day. I drink coffee in the morning, water all day long and with every meal, then a couple glasses of wine at night, then more water.
not nearly enough about 20 oz a day. I also drink tea and juices though. Those count towards fluid intake, fruit can as well.
i drink seltzer water like an alchoholic, probably like a can every 3 hours which is 16 oz
About 3-4 glasses and get the rest in food and other drinks
A Lot i have a 1 pint bottle and it's always getting refilled with new water !
