TEETHING BABY!!!

my baby is a month old,and shes teething,i feel like there is nothing i can do about it i want to help her she seems like shes in sooo much pain,she cries ALOT especially when she dont have a bottle or pacifier or soothie in her mouth to chew on! breaks my heart! and i dont know what to do about it! Any suggestions?? anyone else been through this!???

freeze some formula or breast milk (whichever food she is having) and then let her chew /gnaw on that.    DD did not start teething until closer to table foods age (6 months).  I think as long as it is ok with your doctor you could rub a bit of infant ibuprofen on the affected area to help soothe gums.   Also look into the teethers that can be refridgerated or frozen to help numb.

i used baby orajel but i also here vanilla extract rubbed on the gums works too

Get some Hyland's Teething Tablets. You might also try an amber teething necklace.

Vanilla extract contains alcohol - a definite no-no for babies.

My sister-in-law swears that the amber teething necklaces work great. Not sure how old the child has to be to wear them. It's worth a Google search! But I agree with one of the previous posters--it seems really young to be teething. Are you sure it's not tummy troubles of some kind?

Tylenol and lots of snuggles.  A wash cloth or blanket to chew on helped my youngest.

no its not tummy troubles or anything,she is teething i can see and feel her teeth growing in her mouth,thanks tho,i will try the necklace! :)
