Okay, so.. I'm about three weeks pregnant, and I'm starting to get quiet nauseous.. is it too early for it to be morning sickness?

Not too early at all. Mine started on day 1. :(  But in three months I felt great.

Some have it before they know they are pregnant. Some never get it at all.
