What types of things are you tired of?  We have been trying more veggies that were previously never tried.

We eat a meat and two veggies nightly for dinner. I'm trying more casseroles but I feel like wet eat the same things every week. Some tonight we had cubed steak squash and sliced tomatoes and biscuits. But wet also had it last week. Lol I just recycle the same things. I'm bored!

For the chicken, I like to take a little extra time, separate the skin from the breast carefully without ripping it, slide sliced lemon and rosemary sprigs under the skin, then rub the whole chicken with Mrs dash Italian seasoning and bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then 350 for 1-1.5 hours til done. Super yummy. Oh and stuff a sliced apple in the cavity while baking!

You can also buy chicken sausage to put into one pot meals or make sandwiches with them.   Just surfing various recipe sites can help me get inspired.    We have made shepards(sp) pie a few times in the last 2 weeks.
