I never can seem to find the motivation to work out. What are some of the things that motivates you to work out?
I workout because I never want my cholesterols number to be as bad as they were in 2010. I also don't ever want my weight to be up as high as was, even in January of this year. I enjoy doing my workouts 6 days per week.
No one can give you motivation..you have to find your own and then stick with it. Make yourself a vision board. Put pictures of you when you looked your best, or pics of outfits you'd like to fit in again...let that be your motivation.
It has to be something you like doing, and having an exercise buddy is a good motivator.
Looking in the mirror and knowing that I could look so much better if I just work at it. Plus I have a son that needs me to be able to play with and run around with him. I need to be able to keep up with him.

There are many different ways to get your exercise and I think the key is finding what kind you really enjoy doing. If you enjoy it then you are more likely to do it. I bought a bike and a bike trailer and I bike all over town with my kids now.

Results is what motivates me now. To maintain what I've worked for. When I first started, Idk what really drove me. I just decided to DO it. :)
What do you like to do? Run, walk, skate, bike, weights, inside work out, outside? With people, without? Find what works for you by trying- then do it. :)
I'm a HUGE fan of in-home workout dvd's. I started with $10 Jillian Michaels vids and went from there.
