Good healthy finger foods to start feeding my son

Posted by   + Show Post
My son is 10 months old and has just gotten 2 teeth. He has been eating puffs, soft carrots, mashed potatoes but other then that ive been afraid to feed him more finger foods because of the fear of choking. Now i feel ready and im just looking for some good healthy and easy ( i work full time) finger foods to make for him. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. His doctor said i need to wait on meat unless i mince it. Any advice would be appreciated

Anything you eat they can eat, just cut or chop it up. Peas, and any diced fruit or veggie is perfect for their small motor development.
