I don't use any corporal punishments, I am capable of parentung without hurting my kids.

Yes, they always get a warning first. Ods has had it once and all I have to do is say "do you need some vinegar? " and he stops. Dd never had it because hervolder brother tells her how gross it tastes. Yds is too little.

Vinegar doesnt hurt them. It just tastes nasty. Apple cider vinegar has a ton of health benifits.

If that's how you like to raise your kids, go for it.

Health benefits aside, I'm not forcing my kids to drink or taste something nasty to 'teach' them. But again, if that is how you need to parent, that is on you.

We dont use regular vinegar, we actually do use Apple cider vinegar, and its only a capful at a time, which is about the same as a teaspoon..

Our daughter is the same way. We tell her about the vinegar, and she stops right away. Works like a charm everytime
