I love making fudge. It is the only time I make it.

Also, stuffed French toast Xmas morning. I take the French bread and slice is kind of thick, put cream cheese in the middle, then dip in eggnog, make like French toast, we usually top with cherries

Yum. Cookies

Are there cookies you only make for Xmas?

Mine are sugar cookies, chocolate crinkle cookies, and 7-layer bars

It's a cheese spread that my grandma always used to make every year for Christmas and then we spread it on while what Ritz crackers. It had blue cheese, mayo, onion, cream cheese(I think) and Worcestershire sauce in it and it is so yummy! I haven't made it since New Year's so I can't remember the recipe exactly.

I've never tried making candy before. Is it difficult?

About as difficult as fudge. It's pretty much the same thing you just leave it on longer. It can be hard to get the right consistency but same with fudge.
