I have not had an implant but I have heard from friends that say they get pretty emotional as well.

When you have it removed, what other form of BC are you going to try?

My sitter has had tons of problems with hers. it is time for it to be taken out and now they can't find it!!! she has had sonograms, xrays, and even exploritory surgery!! They finally decided to just leave it in. She's done having kids anyway, but still too scarry for me! definately not getting any good marks in my book.

I have the mirena IUD. This is the second time i've had it, and i love it! I had it the first time after my 3rd miscarriage. When we decided we were ready to try again a year later, my OBGYN removed it, i had 1 regular period a week later, then i was pregnant right away and had a perfect pregnancy. 6 wks after delivery had another put in and no problems since. my periods come monthly but only last 1-2 days.
