Love it, can't cook it to save my life.

Then again, just down the street is an awesome sushi place :)

Love it. I usually bake, grill, or pan sear it

When I ate fish DH usually cooked it. I did sometimes. Now I'm allergic, which is ironic as DH is a commercial fisherman!

i'm really picky about where my fish comes from anymore..most of what you catch in the lakes in Ct has warning about contamination, and how it's only fit for consumption once a month.....overseas fish farms are nasty, and the fish coming from the pacific is tainted from japan.   We are killing our ocean life.

Love fish. Baked, grilled, pan seared, once in a while even fried.
