rally the troops and try icing the pain.  Ice packs, not frosting in case you got confused.

Dh helps alot but he has to work full time. My 7yr old helps alot but is not good at picking up baby. So its coming down to i need a babysitter lol i have friends and family around but most work similar hours to my dh. And the one friend i have that is avaliable has a 3yr old that drives me up the walls.

How do ppl do this? Im litterally gonna have to live on my couch:(

Can you have someone come stay with you for a little while?

Ppl think im kidding asking if they will come babysit me - sound funny but really i need a sitter. Dd likes to be moved aroind the house and if i fall i wont be able to get off the floor. My leg is in a brace that keeps it straight and without it i cant move without serious pain.
Nevef thiught about how hard it could b to have a lil one n a useless leg.:(

How about finding a mother's helper? Post on CL. I know people freak with the word CL but seriously, you 'll be right there and it 's short term.

I wouldn't 't hurt to post under. " gigs" and explain exactly what you need .... See who pops up. Mother's helper do not cost as much as a full time sitter and can also wash laundry or a small trip to the grocery .

Again, it wouldn't hurt to post.... You'll be right there to watch what's going on.

I was thinking the same thing.  I took Percocet after my c-section.  I told the doc I didn't like Percocet so she gave me Tylenol 3 and she said both were safe while breastfeeding.
