Ok so my car is completely dead... timing belt problem. So I def dont have the money to buy the part and to fix it. Ive heard it's time consuming. I'd rather use money for used car than getting mine fixed then trading it in.. I was planning on doing that. Well is there a minimum of putting a deposit down or can I put however much? Any places/websites that I can research for getting cash for car.. as it is.. completely dead? Any info on timing belts

You can start by applying for a loan at a credit union or your bank. If that isn't an option, try financing at the dealership (through Nissan I have a 0.8% APR

You can get a vehicle with no money down if your credit is good enough I think.  I would get a quote for the timing belt from a mechanic and then go from there.
