Walking is a great way to stay fit
No late night snacking for example: cake, cookies, ice cream etc.
Eat healthier: fresh fruits, vegetables, salads
Even playing with your toddlers can burn fat especially a day at the park. Or around the house you are constantly moving and burning calories from that also. So if you are moving during the day you are exercising. Most importantly start your mornings off with a healthy breakfast that's the most important meal of the day.
