hey there i have a hard time understanding this. i need to have oral surgery does medicaid cover it all or do i need to pay something in advanced

What does the dentist say and which state are you in?  It should be in your insurance packet or look it up online.

In MI they don't cover any oral surgery...

You are probably right.  I bet you have to pay it all yourself.

 If they don't cover it you could try a local university or dental school.  Many colleges will do dental work for very cheap.  I'm not exactly sure how it works but I know a friend of mine had a cavity filled for very cheap, like almost free.  I think the students do the work under the supervision of a dentist/professor.
