My little grandD., has just graduated to finger foods. Endureing the pain of teething is not an easy thing but it opens up a whole new chapter in there eating and growth process. The discovery of food, tastes, and textures and likes and dislikes.  Mashed foods/veges and fruits are best for starters. What kinds of foods have you started your toddlers at?? Summer time cookouts/gatherings this summer and need ideas for things for her to eat!!

Our kids have alway eaten what we eat. We actually skip baby food. They get carrots, cucumbers, grapes, strawberries, chicken, etc.

I gave my what I ate at 4/5 months old. Fruits veggies and meats etc....

I.just cooked meats in homemade broth in the oven on low a few hours so it was tender and easy to.chew.

Surrounded by veggies, and full of spices. My kids are awesome eaters now that their older.

They eat seafood, and pasta all meats etc......we don't do hot dogs or frozen type foods, all fresh and healthy stuff. No canned or boxed either.

Whatever you're eating minus too many spices or choking hazards.

It's been a long time for us, but- steamed veggies, simple sandwiches, etc.

DD eats what we eat spices and all. I also give her foods that I don't generally eat like peas, bananas, avacodo, etc.
