breastfeeding?

I am breastfeeding my new baby girl, she is almost six weeks, I was wondering if it would benifit my 2 year old at all if I gave him some pumped milk? I never breast fed him as a baby because of PPD and stress to name a few reasons. I always felt bad but now that I got the hang of it and my milk production is pretty good I wanted to give him some if it would benifit him at all?

It can't HURT him, at any rate. I was nursing my son until he was 22 months.  Human milk, generally speaking, is for human babies... cow milk is for baby cows.

He might like it and it's better for him than cows milk! I still bf ds2 and dd4 months. But here's a bump!

Yep! He might even like it more than cow's milk - human milk is sweeter.

Congrats on your new baby girl!

Sure, why not.  It is amazing that some mothers make enough breast milk.  I was only able to give a half of breast milk to my son the first month only.

It would be good for him. I'm nursing my two little ones, and I give my oldest milk in a cup when she's sick or asks for it. She's four.
