Chicken broth
Rice
Beans
Frozen veggies
Water
Seasonings of your choice
Already cooked chicken (leftovers)

Cook on low 3-4 hours and you got soup. I use homemade broth.

Shredded chicken for tacos or anything really. 2 or 3 chicken breasts cover with chicken broth or just water and a few chicken bouillon cubes. Add salt, pepper, oregano. Cook on high for 4 hours, it will shred with a fork.

Frozen broccoli or fresh, don't matter.
Beef strips
Onions
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Dash of sugar

Serve over rice. Also you can add whatever you like to it, but its beef and broccoli.

Pork or beef roast, can of beef broth, (I like to add a sliced onion) garlic powder, salt and pepper and I like to add a bottle of beer, but you can add another can of beef broth if you want. .Cook on low for 8 hours, break up meat with a fork, serve on french rolls with leftover broth on the side for dipping, add a salad and chips, fries or baked potatoes and your good!
