Changing diet

For months I have been having a hard time processing meats like steak/pork chops and some other heavy meats. I don't have as much of a problem with chicken or fish. But I am thinking of trying a vegetarian diet. I will still eat eggs, drink milk but not eat meat. Any suggestions on getting the protein I need? I already know peanut butter but that is about it. Any advice would be appreciated.

You're eating fish which is supposed to be good protein as well. Beans, cheese, tofo, yogurt, nuts, quinoa and leafy greens are other sources.

Cottage Cheese, Eggs, egg whites, Many cereals have lots of protein too like Kashi Go Lean, nuts, Chobani Greek yogurt, Turkey bacon, turkey sausage. You can also go to a health food store and buy protein powder and make smoothies and shakes.

Green peas

Quinoa

Nuts

Nut butter

Beans

Chickpeas

Tofu

Edamame

Leafy greens

Hemp

Chia seeds

Seasame, sunflower and poppy seeds

Milk and non dairy milk

Unsweetened cocoa powder

Etc. Lots of things have protein.

Veggie burgers from Morningstar are really good.

Also garden burger brand - yum.

Wouldn't be bad to keep the fish and chicken in your diet for protein if you still feel ok .
