The best way for easy boiled eggs.

Though they're really hard cooked and not really boiled, I still call them that, do you?

Here's the best method I've found:

Put the eggs in cold water, add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar, bring to a boil. As soon as thewater comes to a boil, take them off the heat, cover and leave for 20 minutes. Then place under cold running water. I use the back of a spoon to crack them all over, and under water roll them between my hands, the shell will start slipping off. Also, you can use a teaspoon to help get under the skin. It helps if your eggs are not real fresh, if you'd had them a couple of weeks.
