Ok so this morning when me and my dd woke up her gums were purple on the top and i dont know if that just means that her teeth at the top are about to break the gums or what??? has this happened to any of your kids???

This happened with both my niece and also with my neighbor's little girl (and until a few months ago, I had never heard of it!!). The doctor in both cases said the teeth were pushing and causing preasure/bruising on the gums. Massage the gums (with your finger, teething toys, etc.) and give your LO Motrin if you want... teeth are coming soon!
