Gamers - specifically The Elder Scrolls - what do I buy?

My son wants The Elder Scrolls vs Skyrim for his XBOX.

Best Buy says this -

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition Best Buy Exclusive Dragonborn Bundle - Xbox One for $50 regularly $60

Target says this -

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition Xbox One for $25 regularly $37

What the heck is a Dragonborn bundle?  Is it worth an extra $25?

TIA

Ok, both of these "Special Editions" contain all the same game content.

The Best Buy "Dragonborn" bundle comes with a character mask, and a "SteelBook" (collectible metal case with nice artwork) instead of the standard plastic case.

If your son is a minimalist who just wants to play the game, go with the cheaper one. If he likes collecting items related to his favorite games, the Best Buy bundle will probably make him very happy.
