The Playtex nurser type ones?  I just pish up from the bottom until a little of the liquid squirts out.  Sometimes with the slower flow nipples you have to squeeze the nipple a little bit to help the air get out.

I use the disposable playtex drop expandable drop-ins....but with any bag you put in becausse I also have the breast milk storage and feeding bags....just use a bottle that is open at the end like the playtex then start pushing the bag up toward then ipple and gradually the air comes out
