My daughter is now around 6 weeks old and she hasn't smiled and doesn't really ever look at me. Is this normal? I have had two other chidren and I think they were more responsive. Thanks for your advice.. Katrina

Do you interact and talk to her and smile at her alot? I know you said you have two other children, can you spend as much time with her as you did them? Talk to your pedl, all children develope at different stages at different times. She is growing at her own pace, she'll come around soon. Was she  a preemie?

its kinda normal some kids are nosey from birth other are more relaxied and some see things quicker other dont have as much vison at that age but at long as she interacts and knows the sound of your voice then its okay and smileing hmmm i think thats a 2 or 3 months thing so give her some time she will be fine afterall you have 2 others that u did a good job with so im sure u will do fine with this one
