What can you take for a cold when you're nursing besides sudafed? Sudafed is an instant dry up.

my doc told me Robitussin was ok, my pharmacist also tells me whats ok and whats not yours might too

EmergenC packets help boost your immune system so you recover faster. Vicks vaporub also will help. Feel better!

i took tynenol (liquid stuff) or Theraflu...i'm a nursing mom too :) and it didn't affect my son at all

Medications don't really help colds...so do all the things you can do for your baby.

Vicks vapor rubs, menthol plug ins, steamy bathrooms, vaporizers. Tylenol if the headache/stuffiness gets too bad.

And, of course, LOTS of fluids!!
