dumb question

ok so i have been reading posts and i have a dumb question, what does it mean when someone says "heres a bump" and whats with all the initials when talking like...SO or DH or DD....just curious and want to understand what people are saying haha.

bump means keeping it at the top of the groups home posts

If Im not mistaken...I believe that:

DS=darling son

DD=darling daughter

DH=darling husband

Thats about all I know so far lol...as far as the rest....lol I have no clue.

Bump means they send it to another group for advice, but I have no idea how to bump something.  DH=Dear Husband, DD= Dear daughter, SO= significant other.  A lot of groups have locked posts that tell you what all the abbr. are.  Don't feel dumb, EVERYONE asks that question.
