My DD has been getting red bumps on one side of her nose and it looks like pimples and the she will get one on her chin... i don't understand why she keeps getting them.. i only wash her face with a warm wash cloth and  her clothes and stuff are washed in free in clear... its not like newborn acne it looks like a pimple we would get.... could it be from dry skin? i put baby lotion on her face and i've used the same lotion since she was born so i know it isn't from that.. but im wondering if she needs a extra moisture lotion..

i have very dry skin and i gets bumps if it gets to dry.. kinda like excema i guess...

any suggestions?

I have seen babies get bumps like this when they are salivating a lot when they are teething.  They tend to put thier hands up to their mouths and face a lot which rubs the saliva around.  The, they end up getting those red bumps anyplace that is anywhere close to their mouth.
