For some reason, I haven't been able to eat anything lately till like 6 pm. I have been drinking a lot of liquids, and exercising like crazy...But if I eat anything, I get sick.
You would think not being able to eat anything would be a blessing for someone trying to loose weight, But its really not...my body is basicly storring up the fat so I dont starve..something like that...
So I was thinking about trying the Slim Fast Diet...Since they have those shakes..maybe it would trick my body into thinking I was actually eating?
Has anyone else been on that diet? Does it work?
Please any advice is deeply appreciated.
