My dd is almost 14 months old, and completely on table food now.  I was wondering if any of you could tell me what your kids eat at this age and how much.  I had to use a different diet with my oldest DD that was high in fat because of her medical problems, but the youngest is a little chunk monster lol I don't think she needs all the fatty foods!!  Thanks in advance or all the advice

When my kids went from baby to table food they ate whatever we were eating unless it was something they could not chew (like steak) or something that might be a little too spicy for them.  In those cases I would fix them something easier for them to handle, like in place of the steak I would fix them a bit of chicken.

An example of what my 15 month old eats in a day would be about like this:

Breakfast - Prunes and a blueberry pancake

Snack - Crackers

Lunch - Mac n cheese and brocolli

Snack - Lil Crunchies

Dinner - Grilled Chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans

Snack - Yogurt or some kind of fruit

I give her the graduates meals and sides too, I think they are great and she loves them!
