Virus help please!

My new computer is already infected!  My free trial Norton just expired and now viruses are eating my computer alive...my mil told me to go malwarebytes.org but my computer won't even allow to me go there......I'm suprised it let me get on cafemom finally!  Anybody have any knowledge in this area?  I need something FREE cuz we are "broker than broke" til middle of next week.  Thanks!

www.eset.com is one. You don't have to download it, it runs the scan online.

You can get malwarebytes from other sites, just google it.

Also, there's a windows program you can use.

does it really work or does it end up causing more viruses?  i've heard some of them do that.... :)

Avg is good once you get rid of everything that's already on your comp.

The microsoft one won't even let me download cuz my darn internet keeps shutting down.
