I am reducing my amount of calories a day to 1500 and excercising an hour 5 times a week. Do I need to up my amount of calories because I am still BF or should that still be ok?

I am a Jesus loving, breastfeeding, TTCing, cosleeping, mother of two boys:Xavier 3.5, Malachi 7 mn, and married to my wonderful husband, Quentin for 4.5 years!!

i suggest talking to your doctor since you ARE bfing

that being said, on weight watchers, you are given extra 'ponts' if you are a nursing mom...so i would say that yes you should up your calorie intake.
