so my son gets painful pains and struggles to pass his gas.his face turns red. I was using similac for up intill this week and then changed it to good start cultures for his immune system.  I also use the mylicon drops and they barely work. I doesnt let me craddle him anymore b/c hes uncomftable. Does anyone know what to do?

Gas drops worked wonders for my liitle one, could also make peddling motions with his legs to try and work it out.  GL

Mylicon drops.  My doc had me giving them to DS at 4wks every 3-4hrs max dosage.  Oops should have read more closely.  Do you do the min dosage?  I was and it didn't work until I used the max dosage.  Doc said that the stuff is so gentle that you don't have to worry about hurting LO.

I would mix about 1/4 of it with some water . How old is your baby? If your baby is say 3 months then I would do half prune juice and half water
