Weight loss question

On my son´s birthday I weighed myself and was shocked to see the scale said 200 lbs!  I have been at 190 for some time now.  So at that point I said enough and started my journey to losing weight.  I have majorally increased my water drinking and decreased my proportions.  I also make sure to have a small snack during the day so i am eating every 4 hours.  Anyways, my son´s birthday was Saturday and I weighed myself today and the same scale said 185.  That is not possible is it?  Oh, and hubby and I started walking 5 miles everynight as well :)


Have you experienced a miscarriage or lost a baby during pregnancy?
