Dumb question probably.....I thought you could, but the frozen milk looks yellow. Is that normal?

Yes, you can.  It does look kind of yellow when it is frozen.  It is fine.

Absolutely you can!  My mom has always done it and now I do. It only turns yellow when it is first frozen and starting to thaw.  I freeze about 6 gallons at a time, we are all big milk drinkers!  I just take it out the night before and usually by the next afternoon you can start using it.  Just shake it up good and enjoy!
