LOL....Sorry, couldn't resist...seems like it's been a 'catty' kind of day around here LOL..... Anyways my "serious" question is: What kind of pasta/sauce side dish should I have with dinner? I have a VERY picky family and am sick of mac 'n cheese! I have a lemon/garlic/pepper pork loin cooking in the CP and I want to do something different for a change for a side...I am craving pasta....but not sure what kind of pasta or what kind of sauce for the pasta.... Any ideas? Oh, fyi, also having corn and crescent rolls w/ it...

You could do a pasta casserole too. Are you interested in pasta with meat or just seasoned pasta and sauce. You could do alfredo sauce. Ooh why not mix your pork loin in some sauce with the pasta and the corn and rolls. That can be a meal in itself. Thats about all I can think of. I did the chicken rigatoni pasta today, yours sound really yummy too :)

Mmm....can come over for dinner?It sounds good.LOL!Have you ever had pesto before?It's so good.My son wont eat it any more because it's green,but maybe you caould try it with your family.

My girls prob would do alfredo, but DH won't (he's worse than the kids on pickiness!)...we went with a white four cheese sauce (some powdered mix the girls picked out at the store). I like your casserole idea tho...I'm gonna try that sometime--it could be kinda like a homemade potpie!
