so hypotheticly speaking say you eaither work at a daycare center or just have a bunch of kids over, or your kids themseves have food alergies. what makes good snacks for children with food alergies

no milk

no weat

no peanuts or peanut butter

no eggs

i was thinking make popcyicals with 100% fruit juice

or apple slices

or carrots and celary

i have been lucky and everything i have given my son he has been able to eat. but recently i have been volenteering at a daycare center and some of the children have to have different snack because of food alergies.  and sopose he brings frends over with food alergies?

I'm sure parents will give you some suggestions. I know we had a kid that was allergic to wheat and his mom sent him with Cheetos. Ask your local health food store. Trader Joes, Sprouts.
