How to bake chicken drumsticks???HELP!! (really short)

I bought chicken drumsticks and was gonna shake n bake them. I was going to marinade in oil and italian dressing for a bit before shake n bake. Do I take the skin off or leave it on? HELP!!

I would leave the skin on.

You can do either, really.....just depends on if you like to eat the skin or not.  Without it is healthier.

I would leave the skin on but its really up to you. The chicken just might be a little dryer if you take the skin off thats all.

If you do it without they will be VERY dry & the outside will burn a little. If you want no skin, cook them and then take the skin off.

skin on you get crispier crunch but more fat.  But you can do it either way. When I bake with skin on I bake them on the broiler pan so the fat drips off and you still get some extra fat from the skin but its not sitting in it.
