When you are renting a house, what are you responsible for? Like for example, if there are some bushes that have grown in your yard and they need to be cut down or something like that,you are responsible for that right?

depends on your landlord and the terms of your lease. if it is stated that you are responsible for ALL yard maintenance, probably. Other wise I would say no.

You are responsible for all lawncare unless otherwise noted in your lease agreement.

Yes, it depends on the lease. For example where i am living they handle the grass cutting.
