What would you do about this if it was your child?

My 11 month old has started biting to show his frustration. I BF and thus far he hasn't biten me while nursing but he will bit when he gets frustrated. If you don't let him have something or whatever he will bit you. If your not there to bite he will bits something and jerk it with his teeth. He has even gotten made and bashed has face into the floor a few times tyring to bite the floor. I remember my oldest son going through a stage similar to this but I don't remember what we did about it. And advice!!!
