Anyone know how to get Washable Markers off of skin?

My mom gave my son some washable markers & he's been having a field day coloring himself.  I've given him a bath but it only faded the colors & now he has a yellow mustache.

yeah.  i've found out they're not so washable. :(  I tried soap & water a couple of times & wipes but nothing.  I'll try alcohol next.  Don't have shaving cream.
