My 7mo has never been good with naps but I'm at my breaking point. I'm lucky if I get two 20min naps a day. How do I get a more successful nap time?

I wish I had a magical nap answer for you, but unfortunately I don't think one exists! There's a book called Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child that I remember had some good ideas about creating sleep routines. One thing I learned with my second child was that he was too overtired to sleep well, and once I started putting him to sleep earlier and more freqently, he actually slept for longer. Although every child is so different, and sleep is definitely tricky!
I hope you're getting some sleep!

I was having the same problem, but I noticed that my son slept best in my bed, because it was a comfort thing. So I started putting him to sleep on my bed for naps, and he now takes two two-hour naps every day. Are you putting him in his normal sleeping place for his naps? Try to make the environment exactly how it is when he goes to bed at night and see how that works. Hope this helps!
