My daughter is 21 months and we just another weight check... She is only 18lbs 6oz.... any way her stomach was really distended so they did an xray. They said her stomach was 5x the normal size. They are sending us down to the childrens hospital in denver and testing her for Cystic Fibrosis. . . . . I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and what i should expect. I have included a picture of her xray.

Thank you!

Kelsie

That black spot is her stomach.

A friend of mine was dealing with CF and the biopsy came back negative. But I know that when a child has CF this is not something to mess with it is a debilitating condition. Which results in a lot of breathing treatments. Im not sure what other  treatments are available. But I know the cure is a lung transplant. I pray your daughter does not have this horrible disease. You are in my thoughts and prayer.
