Reading with our babies is a great way for them to snuggle close and learn to love to read. I give my LO a book to chew on while I'm reading with him. That way, we're both engaged!

I don't always read at a certain time, but I do read to them daily for about 15-20 minutes.

I voted "other" because we read everynight before bed & also different times throughout the day. DS will randomly bring me books, some days we read just at bed time other days we'll read 4x a day.

I take my DD to Story Time at our local library every Wednesday....Then all the other days I make time in the morning and in the afternoon to read her a short book!! She will pick one out and bring it to me!! I don't always read the book word for word though...I like to make up little stories too!!

lol... my daughter is a bookworm. she is only 17 months so its funny but she calls her books "happy" and if you dont read to her when she brings a book over, she throws a huge fit!!! she has tons of books and i love reading to her because she it so attentive and gets very involved.
