pimply type rash on her face & head! PIOG

My LO will be 1 month on Nov 13th. Late Friday she started to get a pimply type rash on her cheeks. That is about the best way I can explain what it looks like. Over the weekend it has spread to her head in the hair. She has an appointment today but I am just wondering if ANYONE has seen or experienced this before. This is my 3rd child but I have never seen this.

If your child had this, how long did it stay?

Could just be baby Acne ? Some babies get and some dont...just a thought

I would think that it's just a little baby acne but you never know. When I was a baby I had exzema really bad all over my face and head which is no big deal either. I would say just leave it alone, maybe just wash with water only in case soap iritates it and go see the doc.

Sounds like cradle cap and baby acne. My daughter had cradle cap on her eye brows and little bumps all over her face. Her Ped. said if it bothers you we can put hydrocortozone on the zits to help clear it up but it will go away on its own and it did. She was around 2 months old.

I agree with the PP.. Sounds like baby acne and cradle crap. My daughter had both... Most pedis will tell you there's nothing that you can do for it.. I used Destin Clear on her cheeks it helped clear it up in a week..
