Well, first of all, every baby is different and as long as she is healthy, I wouldn't worry about it. My DS is underweight but healthy so the doctor just has me give extra calories but other than that we just continue to feed him. He just finally hit 18lbs. at 15 months so everyone thinks that he is younger than he is. He is 16 months now. I know that with him part of the problem is that he was preemie and only weighed 5.6 lbs. at birth. How much did she weigh when she was born?

They are just idiots and dont know how to read a chart.

My DD is almost 16lbs, just shy of a few oz.

And that was BEFORE she started baby food like 2 weeks ago. I know she is mre now bc her onsies are now too small.

My son was 19 lbs 5 oz and 26.5 inches long at 4 months. He has a cousin who is 4 months older than him and he is 1/2 inch taller than her and weighs maybe half a pound more than him. She's crawling and pulling herself up on stuff and it looks so funny to see them together bc my son looks her age so it makes him look like he's so far behind developmentaly!

My little girl is 13.4 lbs and 25 1/2" as of yesterday's doctor visit.  That makes her very tall and a little on the skinny side.  Or so they say.  She looks average length/weight to me. In other words, perfect!

At my little ones 4 mth appt he was going on 20 lbs.    People think he is so much older than he really is because he is so big. He has chickmunk cheaks, he is strong and healthy though! He is wearing 12-18 mth clothes.
