This can't be normal

My 1 year old has 8 teeth. While we were at the doctors office, well actually leaving, I noticed a white mark in my son's mouth behind one of his front teeth. I felt it and it was sharp. It looks like another tooth is coming in behind the one that is already there. I know that this can happen in older kids but I didn't think it was possible in babies. Has anyone else dealt with this or know someone who has.

I had one. I suggest once it falls out to get a spacer to guide the tooth into the correct spot. My braces cost 8,000 to fix because of the tooth behind my central.
