I agree!  I have never added salt to my kids foods at all. My son who is 4 still doesnt have salt in his food and if DH uses it I tell him not in front of him. He did once and my son wanted it too so we pretended to add it in there and now wont do it in front of him. He isnt missing out on anything. When I was younger I was allowed salt on everything I used to even add it on pizza and a tad bit in my sandwiches. When I was 23 I found out I have high blood pressure and High cholesterol I have a feeling it was because of this. I then stopped adding salt to my own food and now am fine. Anyways I agree 100% thanks for giving the other moms the useful info!

Nice to know but then again I wouldn't add salt or anything to baby food or formula.  So I guess I don't have to worry about that.
